Signature鍋Hot pot
One, two or three broths in a split pot, then meat, seafood, dumplings, noodles and greens to cook at the table.
Every table has its own burner. Pick a broth, drop in what you love, watch it bubble.
Hot pot on one side, Korean BBQ on the other, plates passed across the table.
Signature cocktails under paper lanterns. Matcha soft serve to finish.
Hotpot & BBQ · Warsaw
nābe (鍋) is the Japanese word for the pot itself, and the reason we built the room around it. Every table on Marszałkowska has a burner set into the stone, so dinner is something you make together: a broth from our own recipes, a plate of Black Angus, a basket of enoki, one more round of dumplings.
We are the team behind UKIM on Chłodna. With nābe we turned the lights down, hung the lanterns and drew the red velvet curtains. Lunch is bento, evenings are hot pot, BBQ, sharing plates and cocktails.

Four ways to eat
Same table, four rhythms. Come for a quick bento at noon or stay until close with a pot between you.

About 150 m² on Marszałkowska. Red walls and velvet curtains, a bar cut from natural travertine, lanterns hung low over stone tables, and the four glowing letters of our name above the room.
